and never he is in illusion 

since he is a thuriaatheeth , ie 4th state coexisting in 3 states

He knows even wake is mithya, the ever changing reality ephemeral 

which is different from never changing reality that is brahma 

he knows lives brahma sathyam 

while staying in jagath mithya
